Each potato is cut in half not until the end, lubricate with sunflower oil and a mixture of salt, pepper, spices. Wrap in foil and bake in any convenient way-burying in the ashes or using a lattice.
After full preparations potatoes, unwrap foil and in “fault” potatoes pour sour cream. For beauty, decorate with herbs. Our dish is ready :).

fat
sunflower oil
herbs, salt, pepper to taste
Peel potatoes, cut lengthwise into 2 halves and put a piece of fat in the middle. Coat both sides with mixture of oil, salt, pepper and put to bake on the grill. Do not forget to turn the potatoes. Bon appetit!
