Coffee lemonade with berry sauce
ground coffee-20 g water — 200 ml
lemon ice black currant
orange — 1 PC.
sugar cane-100 g

Step by step
1. For the berry sauce, put ½ Cup of blackcurrant in a saucepan, put on the fire and cover with sugar. Squeeze the juice from one orange, stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the orange zest, after breaking each piece, simmer for a couple of minutes.
2. Brew coffee with boiling water and filter. Fill the glass with ice, add the lemon zest, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon, add 3 tablespoons of berry sauce and pour the brewed coffee. Bon appetit!
